Spaghetti Squash
Lawry's garlic salt
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese
1. Wash and use a sharp knife to add a score cut around the squash.
2. Place squash in a microwave safe bowl and place in the microwave for 5 minutes. Just enough to allow you to cut the squash in half.
3. Remove from microwave and place on a cutting board. Use the knife to cut the squash in half.
4. Remove the seeds and insides.
5. Save half for another time.
6. Brush Olive oil over the inside of the squash.
7. Sprinkle with Lawry's Garlic Salt.
8. Place skin down in preheated air fryer. Cook for 18 to 20 minutes.
9. Remove from air fryer and use a fork to pull the squash from the inside of the skin into little spaghetti strings.
10. Empty the contents into the microwave bowl and add a little butter and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
11. Add to the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
Eat and enjoy!!!!
