Crispy Mini Chicken Pot Pie

Start with rotisserie chicken. Remove all meat and shred. 

1 Can Cream of Mushroom

1 Can Cream of Chicken

1 Bag frozen mixed veggies: corn, peas, carrots, beans: your choice of veggies

Called for Walmart Dan-O original spices. Could use onion, garlic, salt and pepper

Add all this into a pot and heat it up, and add a little bit of water.

Need cupcake pan. Spray with oil. Add the dough sheets over each of the cupcake holes.

Add the pie mix in the middle of each hole and then crunch the remainder of the dough sheet up and over the cupcake hole, forming your mini pie.Crunch the top. Brush with melted butter.


Bake at 400 for approximately 23 minutes or until the top is crispy.
