Dill Pickles

Dill Pickles


1package Dill cut into 6 or 8 inches (wash dill and trim ends) ((pack as many as possible into jars))

In each jar put:

1/2 cup White Vinegar (or cup)

1 Bud Garlic

1/4 tsp Alum

2 tsp Canning Salt (ot 1 TBSP-used 2 TBSP in 89)

Cover with boiling water, seal process

10  minutes

Can use-

1 tsp Mustard Seed

1/2 tsp Turmeric
