Pies and Cheesecake: Pumpkin, Chocolate, Banana Cream Pie, Caramel Cheesecake



Timeline (Using 1:00 as serving time, adjust accordingly)
Take frozen turkey out of freezer 4 days (Sunday) before day of dinner and place in fridge. If you forget or the turkey is not thawed, place in sink with cold water the day before (Wednesday). Be sure to completely cover the turkey and make sure it is always covered and change the water often if needed to verify it is cold.

Wednesday Evening
6:00 Mix Cheesecake filling and add to the graham crust
6:30 Start baking Cheesecake
6:45 Boil Yams and Boil Anci de Pepe (Frog Eye)
6:50 Wash potatoes for cooking and mashing tomorrow
7:00 Remove Anci de Pepe and drain and rinse with cold water. Place in a strainer.
7:30 Remove yams and let them cool
7:45 Open the cans of pineapple and drain juice, saving for salad mixture
8:00 Cook the salad mixture using the pineapple juice and let it cool
8:15 Peel and slice the cooled yams into a casserole dish and layer ingredients. Cover and refrigerate over night.
8:30 Mix the salad mixture with the drained anci de pepe, mix well and place in the fridge over night.
8:30 Remove cheesecake from oven and let cool
Note: cook or purchase other pies

Thursday Morning
Start Turkey 6 hours before serving dinner
7:00 Prepare turkey
7:30 Start cooking turkey
8:00 Mix Frog Eye pasta with Cool Whip and fruit
8:15 Mix Rolls if making homemade or take out of freezer
9:00 Set Table
10:00 Place rolls on cookie sheets to raise
10:15 Prepare Relish and/or Veggie Tray and place cranberries in bowl
10:30 Prepare dressing
11:00 Peel and diced potatoes
11:30 Remove turkey from oven and let cool enough to carve
11:30 Boil potatoes
11:30 Add dressing to oven
12:00 Remove dressing from oven and add yams and rolls to the oven
12:13 Remove first batch of rolls from oven and add another batch
12:15 Remove potatoes and drain. Using mixer, mix and add a 1 TBSP of butter.
12:30 Remove the second batch of rolls and remove yams and add marshmallows
12:45 Cook Corn and gravy


Green Bean Casserole takes 45 minutes to cook and about 20 minutes to prepare.
If cooking an additional meat, you can use the roaster.

Turkey: Cooking bag, Glass Platter
Gravy: Pot Gravy boat or small crock pot
Mashed Potatoes: Crock Pot and then nice bowl
Corn: Pot and bowl 
Green Bean Casserole: Bowl and casserole dish
Dressing: Bowl and casserole dish
Yams: Pot and casserole dish
Rolls: Bowl and cookie sheets. Bowl/tray to serve
Veggie Tray: veggie tray serving dish
Relish Tray: veggie tray serving dish
Frog Eye Salad/Jello: bowl, strainer, pot, bowl
Cranberries: small bowl
Pies and Cheesecake
Tablecloth
Plates and napkins
Utensils
