4 Green Peppers, cut off the top and remove seeds
1 lb ground hamburger
1 onion, diced
3/4 cup of minute rice and 3/4 cup water= 1 1/2 cups of cooked rice
3/4 cup tomato juice
Prepare minute rice and set aside. Brown hamburger and diced onion. Mix rice, browned hamburger and onion, and a little tomato juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff ingredients inside of the peppers. Set them inside of a casserole dish and add water to the bottom of the casserole dish.
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. Can pre boil the peppers before to ensure they are fully cooked.
