Roca Rectangles

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz bag of milk chocolate chips
1 cup finely chopped nuts
Saltine crackers

Line a large cookie sheet with foil. Spray with pam. Put a layer of crackers on top of foil. In a heavy pan, combine butter and sugar. Bring to a boil, then boil for 3 minutes, stirring as needed. Pour over crackers, spread to cover. Bake at 375 F for 7 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool a few minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Put back in the oven for a minute or two, then spread. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut while still warm. Serve when chocolate sets up.
