Mint Brownies with Mint Frosting

Mint Brownies

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup melted butter
1/3 cup cocoa
4 eggs

Mix together and put into a 9x 13 greased pan. Bake at 375 F for 25-30 minutes.

Mint Frosting

3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup softened margarine (butter)
4 cups powdered sugar
3 TBSP milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
4-6 drops green food coloring

Frost cooled brownies and then drizzle melted dipping chocolate over the top. Cut into squares and serve.
