Kebabs for the Grill

Choice of meat: Chicken, pork, or beef
mushrooms
onion wedges
small red potatoes
chunks of green pepper
chunks of yellow squash
wooden kebab sticks

Cut all veggies into large chunks
Cut meat into 1 inch cubes
Alternate veggies and meat on wooden sticks

Grill until meat is done about 15 to 20 minutes
