Easter Dinner Timeline

Ham
Pineapple
Potatoes (usually serve Killer Potatoes) or Potato Salad
Rolls
Deviled Eggs
Chips and Dip
Dessert: Cookie, brownies, cupcakes

Timeline for dinner at 1:00

Saturday Evening
6:00 Wash potatoes
6:15 Boil potatoes and boil eggs
6:25 Remove eggs from stove and let sit for 5 minutes in hot water
6:30 Remove eggs from hot water and add cold water
6:40 Cut ham from bone and put in baggie so ready for tomorrow
7:00 Remove potatoes from heat and let cool.
7:15 Put drained eggs in fridge to prepare tomorrow
7:30 Shred potatoes in Food Processor
8:00 Mix shredded potatoes, shredded cheese, and sour creamAdd Salt and Pepper to taste.
Refrigerate overnight

If baking brownies or cupcakes, bake tonight.

8:15 Mix Rolls if making homemade
9:00 Slice eggs and make yolk mixture and squeeze into egg whites for Deviled Eggs
10:00 Place rolls on cookie sheets to raise
10:15 Prepare Relish and/or Veggie Tray 
10:45 Cook honey ham spice on stove
11:00 Layer ham in casserole dish and pour honey ham spice over it or add Sprite
11:15 Add Ham to oven
11:30 Set Table
12:00 Add potatoes to oven and add 1st batch of rolls to the oven
12:13 Remove first batch of rolls from oven and add another batch
12:30 Remove the second batch of rolls 
12:40 Start cooking pineapple on stove top
12:45 remove ham from oven
12:50 Set everything out including chips and dip
