Crepes/German Pancakes

Eggs
Flour
Milk

Break eggs into a bowl. Add flour until so thick you can hardly stir. Add milk until runny.

Pour about 1/2 cup into a fry pan. Turn the pan around so that the mix is spread out around the bottom of the pan. It should look similar to a crepe/tortilla. Cook for a few minutes on each side until. Continue until you have cooked all of the mixture.

Serve with fruit, homemade jam, cool whip, and/or filling.
