Chicken Salad Sandwich

Boil 6 large chicken breast halves. Cook, cool, and dice into small chunks.
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained and/or
3/4 cup sliced red grapes
1 cup diced celery
3/4 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup slivered almonds (add just before serving)
1 cup Litehouse Ranch Dressing
1 cup mayo
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix together. Serve with croissants.
