Ham could come with the good Honey Ham spice. Some is not very good, they tend to be more reddish in color where the good spice tends to be more tan. If the ham comes with the good spice, then use that for 1/2 of the ham. Prepare spice on stove and pour over half of the ham. If not, prepare as below. Bake ham 18 minutes per lb, 4 lbs at 325 F for 1.5 hours.
Spiral Cut Ham
1. Cut as much ham from the bone as you would like to prepare. Layer in a casserole dish.
2. Add Sprite to the bottom of the dish as this will add a sweet flavor to the ham. Again, use 1/2 of the ham.
3. Cook per the cooking suggestions on the package from the ham. Usually about 1.5 to 2 hours.
Pineapple Sauce
1. Drain 1 can of crushed pineapple.
2.
3. Add 1 TBSP of cornstarch in a separate container with the drained pineapple juice. Mix in slowly. Add to a saucepan and heat. Cook until it starts to thicken.
4. Add the crushed pineapple to a mixture.
Great topping for ham.
