1 Package of Rotini Noodles
1 Cup of Italian Dressing (to taste- depends on total amount of ingredients)
1 Tomato diced
1 Cucumber diced
1/2 Onion diced
1 Can of sliced olives (better if you purchase them whole and slice them yourself)
1 Cup of cheddar cheese cut in small bite sized chunks
Optional Meats: Salad Shrimp, ham, Tuna... I prefer not meat in mine
Cook and drain pasta. Let cool.
Dice all veggies, olives, and cheese
Mix all ingredients together
Note: Once made, the pasta tends to absorb the dressing, can add small amounts to keep flavor.
