Pizza Crust MaKelluns

Try this one from MaKellun

Ingredients
1 package active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar (she adds 1 TBSP of sugar to flour too)
2/3 cup warm water
1 2/3 cups all-Purpose Flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp oil
Vegetable oil for pan
1 1/2 TBSP cornmeal for pan

Makes 1 14-inch pizza crust or 2 9-inch pizza crusts

Stir yeast and sugar into warm water and let stand until foamy, aobut 10 minutes. Insert metal blade, put flour and salt in work bowl and turn on machine. Pour yeast mixture through feed tube and process about 45 seconds.

Roll out dough

Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes. Less time if super thin crust.
