Mongolian Stir Fry

Meat Options
Chicken, beef, Pork, or Shrimp
Mushrooms
Red and Green Peppers
Red Onions
Broccoli
Water Chestnuts
Pineapple
Bean Sprouts
Snow Peas
Red Napa Cabbage
Jalopenos (optional)
Noodles ( I use Top Ramon noodles)

Spice Options
Salt
Garlic
Ginger
Cajun
Cayenne
Curry
Red Pepper Spice

Sauce Options
BBQ
Soy
Teriyaki
Sesame Oil
Olive Oil
White Vinegar

1. Add olive oil to fry pan and add meat. Stir fry until meat is pretty much cooked.
2. Add desired veggies in this order: Broccoli, Red and Green Peppers, Jalopenos (optional), Red Onions, cook for a few minutes. 
3. Add the desired spices and noodles. 
4. Then add Snow peas, water chestnuts, mushrooms, red napa cabbage, bean sprouts, and then pineapple.
5. Add the sesame oil and some soy sauce along with vinegar. Saute until all veggies are tender and the meat is thoroughly cooked.
6. Serve over rice.
