Texas Potatoes Funeral Potatoes

6 or 7 potatoes boiled
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup oleo
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
1/3 cup minced onion
1 cup corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp butter
grate cooked potatoes into 9x13 dish
blend soup and 1/2 cup oleo, heat while oleo melts
add cheese, sour cream, onion
stir together and pour over potatoes
stir corn flakes into 2 tbsp melted butter and sprinkle over top

bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes uncovered
