2 cups of water
2 cups of sugar
1 tbls maple flavoring

mix together, then put it on the stove to boil. after it boiled it is ready to use

Tiana's Baked Caramel French Toast

Ingredients: Small (10 oz) loaf of French Bread, pulled apart into 1-inch pieces 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar 3/4 Tsp Cinnamon Dash of Salt 6 Large Eggs 1 1/4 Cups Milk 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract Serves 8 to 10 Directions: 1. Generously butter a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Place the bread pieces in the dish. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle the mixture over the bread. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread. Then use a spatula to press the bread down to make sure it is well coated. 4. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours, or overnight. 5. When you are ready to cook the French Toast, heat the oven to 350 F. Ingredients: 1 Egg 3/4 Cup milk 2 TBSP Canola Oil 1 TBSP Syrup 1 Cup Flour 2 Tsp Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp Salt Butter or oil for frying 1 or 2 add-ins from the list below Add-In Choices 1/4 Cup Grated Apple or Pear 1/2 Cup Blueberries 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips 1 to 2 TBSP Walnut Bits Serves 4 to 6 Directions: 1. Crack the egg into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the milk, canola oil, and maple syrup. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir just until all the ingredients are wet. The batter should be lumpy. 3. Gently stir in the add-ins of your choice. Don't stir too much, though, or the pancakes will be dense. 4. Ask an adult to help you at the stove. Lightly butter or oil a nonstick frying pan, and then warm it on the stovetop over medium heat for about one minute. Turn the heat down to medium low.
