Roca Rectangles

1 CUP BUTTER
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
12 OZ BAG MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED NUTS
SALTINE CRACKERS

LINE A LARGE COOKIE SHEET WITH FOIL. SPRAY WITH PAM. PUT A LAYER OF CRACKERS ON TOP OF FOIL. IN A HEAVY PAN COMBINE BUTTER AND SUGAR. BRING TO A BOIL, THEN BOIL FOR 3 MINUTES. STIRRING AS NEEDED. POUR OVER CRACKERS, SPREAD TO COVER. BAKE AT 375 FOR 7 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVER, LET COOL A FEW MINUTES. SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER THE TOP. PUT BACK IN THE OVEN FOR A MINUTE OR TWO, THEN SPREAD. SPRINKLE WITH NUTS. CUT WHILE STILL WARM. SERVE WHEN CHOCOLATE SETS UP
