Popcorn Cake

8 quarts yellow huskless popped popcorn
1 24oz package mini marshmallows
1 stick margarine-melted
1 pound can salted cocktail peanuts
1 10oz package small M&Ms

Pop the popcorn
Dissolve marshmallows in the melted butter
Combine popcorn, peanuts, and M&Ms
Add marshmallow mixture.
Mix well
Press into a greased cake pan.
cool until firm
