Mint Brownies

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup melted butter
1/3 cup cocoa
4 eggs

mix together and put into 9X13 greased pan. Bake at 375 for 25-30

Mint frosting:
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 softened margarine
4 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
4-6 drops green food coloring

frost cooled brownies and then drizzle melted dipping chocolate over top. Cut into squares and serve.
