6 larger potatoes-boil in skins and shred
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 lbs sour cream (1lb)
6 green onions-cut with the greens
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
dash garlic salt(opt)
mix ahead and chill before baking. bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees for 40 minutes

6 larger potatoes-boil in skins...I peel the skins off and then shred
1 cup grated cheddar cheese or to personal taste
1 container (medium) sour cream (1lb)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
I boil the potatoes, wait for them to cool, shred and then mix together will all ingredients. Place in the casserole dish overnight and then bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
