Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

egg Noodles:
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour

Soup base:
12 cup water,
chicken soup base or chicken bouillon to tast
4 cups dice, cooked chicken
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
4 cups sliced carrots
1 tbsp parsley

Noodles: mix all ingredients well. roll out to 1/8 inch thin. cut in strips. lay on racks to dry. put in soup and cook until soft, about 40 minutes. While noodles are drying, cut chicken into bite-size pieces and cook thoroughly. saute onions and celery. make soup broth by dissolving soup base or bouillon in water. add chicken and dried noodles. cook 20 minutes. add veggies and cook 20 minutes, or until noodles are soft and veggies are cooked. Serve with homemade rolls and salad
