Hash Brown Quiche

24 oz frozen shredded hash browns
1/3 cup melted oleo
1 cup shredded hot or mild pepper cheese
1 cup diced ham
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs

grease 9" pie plate. Press thawed potatoes between paper towels to remove excess moisture. arrange has browns to fit pie plate. brush hash browns with melted oleo. bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes
Remove hash brown crust from oven and fill with cheese and ham. Beat eggs, milk, and salt. Pour over cheese and ham. bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
