German Pancakes/ Crepes

6 eggs  beat
Add flour until you can hardly beat anymore until stiff.
Then add milk until runny.

Pour a small amount into a frying pan and swish around until the mix is spread thin and resembles a circle.

spoils fast
Makes about 8-10 crepes

Crepe Cream Filling
1 Cup of heavy whipping cream
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla extract

Cream the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Add the whipping cream and vanilla and mix well.
Note: You can whip the cream first and then add together. I did not and it was still fantastic.
