Chili's Grilled Caribbean Chicken Salad

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, marinated in 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade and then baked
4 cups green leafy lettuce
4 cups iceburg lettuce
1 cup chopped red cabbage
1 can pineapple chucks, drained
tortilla chips, broken

Honey lime dressing, mix and chill:
1/4 cup grey poupon dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp lime juice
