Cheese Stuffed Tortillas

8 oz cream cheese
1 carton sour cream 8oz
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup ripe chopped olives
1 can chopped green chilies drained (14oz)
1 tbsp chopped pimento
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp minced onion
12 flour tortillas

mix all ingredients together except the tortillas. spread the cheese mixture on the tortillas and roll up in a jellyroll style. chill for several hours. slice and serve. yields about 72 1/2 inch sliced
