Basic Meatballs

1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
3/4 cup quick oats
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp worceestershire sauce

roll into balls then either cook in a skillet until brown, bake at 350 until brown, or freeze in ziploc freezer bag. Pull straight out of freezer and bake 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes until done. Serve with bbq sauce, sweet and sour sauce, or with spaghetti sauce
