8 boneless pork spare ribs
heat pan and sear meat on both sides. seasons with S&P, onion salt, and garlic salt. Place in crock pot and cook at low for 6-8 hours until very tender. Drain juices
Sauce:
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp grated onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
blend all sauce ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Turn down heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Arrange spare ribs in baking dish and cover with sauce. Heat in over at 325 for 15-20 minutes before serving.
