Baked Potato Soup

8 baked potatoes
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
12 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp pepper
8 green onions
24 slices cooked bacon
2 1/2 cup shredded cheese
3 chicken bouillon cubes

bake potatoes and cut into chunks. melt butter, whisk in flour, gradually; add milk, stirring occasionally until thick and bubbly. add potatoes, onions, crumbled bacon, cheese and bouillon. add more milk if needed
