5 chicken breasts
dip skinless boneless chicken breasts in 2 beaten eggs, then roll in mixture of 1/3 cup corn starch and 1/3 cup flour.
Fry in oil in fry pan til brown, then lay in 9x13 pan Pour the following sauce over
sauce:
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup heines ketchup
2 tbls soy sauce
2 tbls corn startch
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes without foil.
Serve sauce over rice
