1 24oz frozen O'brien hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cup cooked ham cubed
1 onion diced
Mix all together in a bowl
2 cup sour cream 16oz
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/4 tsp pepper
Mix all together in a bowl
Mix soup mixture with potatoes and ham. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
