Ham Meatballs/ Heather Clarke

1 lb ground ham
1 1/2 lb pork sausage
2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup cracker crumbs (saltines)
shape into balls

In saucepan:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
Heat until sugar dissolves. Pour over hamballs (in cake pan)
Bake 350 degrees cover with foil. Bake for one hour. reduce heat to 275 degrees and bake another hour. Uncover for last 1/2 hour.
