Fried Rice

1 1/2 cup diced ham
1/4 cup margarine
3 eggs scrambled
3 cups cooked rice
1/2 medium onion chopped
1 can mushrooms
S&P
2-4 tbls soy sauce to taste
chopped green onions

cook rice according to the type you're using. Set aside. In fry pan, melt margarine and add ham and cook 3 minutes or so. Drain off fat, then add rice, finally egges, mushrooms, and S&P. Add soy sauce to taste. Add green onions just before removing from pan.
