Cinnamon Rolls

1 cup margarine
2 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup powdered milk
6 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbls yeast
9 cups flour

put in butter and add hot water. make sure mixture isn't too hot and add 2 tbls yeast and 2 tbls sugar. Add beaten eggs, 1 cup sugar, and salt. Then add powdered milk and the flour one cup at a time to make soft dough. they are lighter if you don't get too much flour in them.

let rise 10 minutes. knead. let rise until double in bulk. Flour countertop. Divide dough in half and roll into a rectangle. spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll up and cut into 1/2" slices with thread or dental floss. Let rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
