Chicken Fried Steak

1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper

Combine above and set aside.
Dip 2 lbs cube steak in 1 cup milk, then into flour mixture, pressing to coat thoroughly. Repeat dipping step until milk and flour are gone. Heat 1/4 cup veggie oil in large skillet. Add steak and cook 5 min per side or until golden brown.

Serve with White Country Gravy
