12 cups of water
6 teaspoons of chicken bouillon
4-5 carrots sliced into round discs
2 stalks of celery diced
2 potatoes diced
Large bag of frozen broccoli
2 square of margarine
1 square of butter
1 rounded cup of flour
½ lb. of cheese wiz (bottle)
1 lb. of Velvetta Cheese (box)
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil water and add bouillon, carrots, celery, and potatoes. Boil 5-7 minutes. Add broccoli(frozen). In saucepan melt margarine and butter, add flour and cook to a white sauce. In a large pot add cheese wiz and velvetta cheese, stir until cheese melts then add white sauce. Cook one to two more minutes until blended. Salt and pepper to taste. Onion salt optional. Serves 12.
